The Camel Trail
The Camel Trail in North Cornwall, wends its ways through some of England’s most beautiful coastal scenery. There are 18 miles of disused railway beside the River Camel linking the towns of Padstow, Wadebridge and Bodmin. The hub of the Camel Trail can be found at Wadebridge which is an ideal starting point to avoid the traffic and difficult parking in Padstow. You can walk the 5.5 miles to Padstow or hire a bicycle.
